10 years ago, I’d never stepped foot in a gym. I didn’t know what protein was and I had no idea how to use a barbell. In that time, I’ve gone from a complete beginner to now being a personal trainer and soon will be a certified MNU Nutritionist
I know how confusing the health and fitness industry can be. Misinformation and quick fix diets are all to easy to come by now- trust me, I’ve tried it all. I know what works and what doesn’t.
I believe strongly in evidence-based practice. I shape my work by using the most relevant and up to date scientific literature coupled with experience to help others achieve their goals.
I believe exercise and nutrition should be fun and something you can incorporate in to your every day life and I want to help you learn how to do that.
